Access Keys
This site uses access keys to provide quick access to common links. Browsers that support access keys have a specific trigger key or keys that you press at the same time as the access key to activate the link. If you don’t know the access key trigger for your browser, here is a list of access keys for common browsers and platforms, from Wikipedia.
Here are the access keys used on this site:
Access Key | Action |
---|---|
S | Skip to main content |
1 | Home page |
3 | Site Map |
4 | Search |
0 | Accessibility statement |
Standards Compliance
This site is written in HTML with CSS for layout and styling. If your browser doesn’t support style sheets, the content is still accessible.
Headers are used to logically structure the content of each page. Many screen readers support navigation between headings using the H key or shift + H to move forward or backward to each heading, or by pressing the appropriate number keys (e.g. 2) to move to the next heading at that level.
Web Accessibility Initiative – Accessible Rich Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA)
This site includes ARIA landmark roles on the main sections of each page to provide enhanced navigation for browsers and assistive technologies that support ARIA. If your browser or assistive device doesn’t support ARIA, this won’t affect your experience.
